Social media has been a great tool for companies. A tool or channel to facilitate our talk and hearing to customers.
But what to do when you strongly feel that no arguments in the world can change predominant, negative view or threats. And when substancial content is seen as too complex or as excuses and therefor cannot be published.
I hate the trend of simplified messages getting all the likes and being shared. And cross my fingers that this trend will be a flash in the pan.
