We need one more change in our leadership wording.
We have all used and listened to ”Right on track” too many times. Perhaps the wording is meant to show action from a sender wanting to show proactivity.
However, action must include some sort of change and do you see the change in ”right on track”?
If I were to give a piece of advice on ”right on track”, it would be to only use it in the transport industry. Then at least, business, talk and action were to be closely linked.
